A Hawk is seen circling about the picnic area. Isabelle insists that she and Constance leave for the Big City --- immediately!

As the two mice walk along, Isabelle asks Constance all about the Big City. She especially wants to taste cheese.

At her townhouse, Constance, her French Maid Marie, and the neighbors explain to Isabelle about the art of living joyously and eating well.
